This charming, family run self-catering bungalow has an area of over 250m2 and sleeps 4 adults + small child making it the best value accommodation in the area. Included with the booking are free wireless and wired internet access, a fully equipped kitchen, a conservatory, gardens and free driveway parking.The bungalow is located at the head of a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area close to the A1 between the airport and Newcastle city centre making it a perfect stopover for both business travellers and city visitors alike. Local shops and a metro (train) station are only 3 minute's walk away and a daytime taxi to the city centre costs about £7. The bungalow is decorated in modern neutral colours and comes complete with a 34 television, DVD player, individual bed linen, towels and all the usual refinements you would expect at home. Children's character bedding (Barbie, Thomas the Tank Engine etc) and cot availability make it ideal for families and summer mornings and evenings can be spent relaxing in the conservatory or the garden which has a large decked area and barbeque stand. Low level light switches, wide corridors and access ramps mean disabled visitors are well catered for.Staying with us gives you approx ten times the usable area compared to a similar priced hotel room.Booking Notes:---------------------- No Stag or Hen parties please as the bungalow is situated in a quiet residential area- A booking gives you the whole 2 bedroomed bungalow but it is a single property and we do not have extra rooms in other properties. - All correspondence with us is by email and we ask that you allow at least 24 hours before your required stay in case of delays receiving your booking. - After booking, we send out a confirmation email (additional to the standard Laterooms confirmation) in which we give you full details of access, wireless keys etc and other important details not found on our website. From the A1:------------------ Take the Fawdon junction (coming from the south signposted City North Gosforth and from the north: Fawdon). - On the roundabout take the exit to Fawdon (from the south: turn right, from the north: turn left). - After about 300 yds turn right at the traffic lights.- After about 500 yds turn right into Fawdon Park Road (at the shops)- After about 400 yds turn left into Warrington Road. - The bungalow is the second on the right-From the Airport:----------------------- After leaving the airport, take the second left on the A696 roundabout towards Newcastle.- At the A1 junction (about 3 mins) turn left and continue with the directions above from the A1 (coming from the south).From the train station:------------------------------- Take the metro towards the airport and alight at Fawdon.- After leaving the Fawdon metro station cross the road towards the shops.- Walk along Fawdon Park Road for 400 ydsand turn into Warrington Road.- The bungalow is the second on the right-
