Starting from Newcastle Airport roundabout, after 178 yards take the 1st Exit off the roundabout and after 101 yards take the 2nd Exit off the roundabout into A696 direction NEWCASTLE, A696 THE SOUTH, THE SOUTH via A1.Continue straight into A696. After 1 miles take the 3rd Exit off the roundabout into A167 (Ponteland Road). Bear left into A167. Leave the A167 and join the A167 (M). Leave the A167 (M) and straight ahead into A1058. After 431 yards take the 1st Exit off the roundabout into B1600 (Osborne Road). Continue straight into Osborne Road for 14 mile until you see the Cairn Hotel on your left hand side, next to the Lloyds TSB bank.
